On-site Video Analysis - $110

This is an in-person analysis with Coach Ted filming 4 competitive strokes separately. A 30-35 minute video analysis is provided afterwards.

Zoom Coaching Session - $55

This is a premium add-on to your video analysis. Receive a 30-minute Zoom call with Coach Ted to review your analysis and ask any other questions.

Remote Video Analysis - $100

Need an analysis quickly? Record your strokes and submit them to Coach Ted. A 30-35 minute video analysis will be provided.

In-Person Private Lesson - $70

Work with Coach Ted in a private setting on a specific stroke of your choice. Receive real-time coaching that will improve your technique.

What's included in the video analysis?

The final video analysis comprises three key stages:


  • A classroom-style introduction, outlining the stroke's core principles, followed by a meticulous frame-by-frame analysis of the swimmer's video. Visual aids and verbal explanations are utilized to pinpoint areas for refinement.
  • A demonstration by an accomplished swimmer is presented, accompanied by my commentary, highlighting strengths and potential areas for even the most skilled swimmers to improve.
  • A clear and concise list of specific focus points extracted from the video assessment, serving as actionable guidance for the swimmer's ongoing development.
